MANAGER AND MAIN ESL TEACHER
International School in Osaka, Japan.
Manager and main English teacher (ESL) of an International Preschool with 2 branches in the city of Osaka. Responsible for the education of an average of 50 children. Classes being held full time in English preparing students for the EIKEN test (Test in Practical English Proficiency) and IELTS Academic preparation for high school students (cram school style). Curriculum, classes preparation, events and school trips were part of my daily responsibilities as well as exams preparation for elementary school students and English language conversation classes for adults.

GLOBAL SALES & MARKETING INTERN
As part of my Business Management program at Humber College, I have completed my (Co-op) internship on my last semester, where I have been responsible for digital, online, and social marketing; SEO strategies to put forward the value proposition of services and products; creation of media that added value to the company’s networking platforms, while creating traffic and promoting sales. Opportunity that also provided me great media editing software experience.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Responsible for greeting hotel guests; answering questions or concerns while providing an outstanding guest experience. Always maintaining an orderly front desk and operating computer programs and multi-line phone systems was part of my daily duties. The position also required to maintain guest records and book reservations, complete basic cashier and bookkeeping responsibilities and contact necessary staff to solve problems when challenges happened, ensuring guest comfort at all times.

Answering incoming calls from prospective customers while using scripts to provide information about services features and prices and present their benefits. COURT REPORTER - LAW SCHOOL INTERNSHIP
Law school Trainee (Court Reporter): working on hearings assisting the Court's judge and prosecutor. Job responsibilities included preparing hearings and inquiries documentation. Collecting personal information about the defendant during preliminary hearings to add it to the case files. All cases at the 12th Criminal Court were related to criminal offences against children including crimes of abandonment, abduction, neglect, physical abuse, sexual abuse and Internet child exploitation.
